Finally finished! 
I finished it in ArtRage, fiddling around with different textures and ways to make the background all of last night, which was loads of fun ^^ I'm very happy with how it's turned out - the mood/atmosphere is quite the way I wanted it to be, yay! Comments much appreciated, if there's still something that seems off, so I can try and fix it while I'm still inspired
